Terms and Conditions of the Promotional Campaign “Kolejkowo Gives Away a Million for the Holidays”

Promotion Organizer
The organizer of the promotional campaign "Kolejkowo Gives Away a Million for the Holidays" is Kolejkowo SA, with its registered office in Jelenia Góra, ul. Legnicka 2, 58-506 Jelenia Góra, Poland.
Promotion Duration
The promotion is valid from June 24, 2024, to August 31, 2024.
Promotion Participants
The promotion is addressed to individual visitors who purchase tickets during the promotion period.
Promotion Rules
Every individual visitor who purchases a ticket between June 24, 2024, and August 31, 2024, will receive a discount of PLN 10 for their next visit.
The discount can only be redeemed for online ticket purchases.
Discount Redemption
The discount is valid for the purchase of tickets to any Kolejkowo location: Wrocław, Gliwice, and Modelarnia Kolejkowa in Jelenia Góra.
The discount is one-time and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
Terms of Discount Use
The discount can be redeemed when purchasing tickets online by entering the appropriate discount code received during the previous visit.
The discount code must be used for the next visit no later than August 31, 2024.
The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
Transfer of Discount Codes
The discount code may be transferred to other persons; however, the terms of use specified in these regulations still apply.
The person who transfers the code is responsible for any misuse by third parties.
Limitation on the Number of Discount Codes
The number of discount codes is limited. The promotion lasts until the total value of discounts reaches one million PLN (1,000,000 PLN).
After the limit is reached, no more discount codes will be issued, even if the promotion period has not yet ended.
Ticket Refunds
Tickets purchased as part of the promotional campaign are non-refundable.
Tickets for which a promotional code has been granted are also non-refundable.
Final Provisions
The organizer reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions and the promotion rules at any time without providing a reason, provided that such changes do not infringe on the rights already acquired by promotion participants.
In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code shall apply.
