Terms and Conditions for Online Ticket Sales via the Website of the Tourist Attraction “Kolejkowo”

§1 Online Sales

The sale and distribution of tickets is carried out by KOLEJKOWO SA, ul. Legnicka 2, 58-506 Jelenia Góra, VAT ID (NIP): 6112732881, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.
A sales contract between the Buyer and the Organizer is concluded upon fulfillment of the required purchase procedures on the website www.kolejkowo.pl:

submission of an online order by the Buyer,
payment by the Buyer for the order via online bank transfer or payment card,
receipt by the Buyer of a confirmation of the transaction sent to the email address indicated by the Buyer.

Purchasing tickets in the online system constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
For online ticket purchases, payments are made via electronic transfer and payment card.
Tickets remain the property of the Organizer until the Buyer’s bank confirms the payment.
If the Buyer’s bank does not confirm payment within 30 minutes from the time of ordering, the order is automatically canceled.
Payments for tickets are processed via www.platnosci.pl by PayU S.A., ul. Marcelińska 90, Poznań. If bank confirmation is missing as described above, funds collected by the payment operator may be used for a subsequent purchase or refunded. The Buyer is informed by PayU S.A. via email about the applicable procedure — contact: pomoc@platnosci.pl, phone: +48 61 630 60 05.
If no message is received from the payment operator, please contact Kolejkowo staff during the attraction’s opening hours.
The Organizer shall not be liable for any consequences arising from malfunctions of the www.platnosci.pl payment system or for data transmission disruptions during the purchase process.
Ticket prices include VAT.
To receive a VAT invoice, select the VAT Invoice option during ordering and provide correct data required for issuing it.
Persons making payment through a foreign bank should account for intermediary banking fees, as only full payment within the specified deadline guarantees order fulfillment by Kolejkowo.
The Buyer is advised to print the ticket(s) received by email.
Through the online sales system, tickets are available for the exhibition tour and for model-making workshops, each entitling the holder to a single entry. The current schedule of dates and times is provided at www.kolejkowo.pl
Online tickets are sold for a specific date and time.
Exhibition tickets entitle the holder to enter without queuing only at the time for which they were purchased. A ticket may be used at any time on the selected day; however, this may require waiting for an available entry slot.
Workshop tickets entitle the holder to enter only at the purchased time. A detailed program and price list are available at www.kolejkowo.pl
Please arrive for workshops no later than 10 minutes before the start. After the start time, latecomers will not be admitted. This rule also applies to late arrival of an entire group. In case of absence, including lateness, the ticket fee is not refundable and tickets cannot be exchanged for other classes.
In the online system you can purchase individual tickets: full-price and reduced.
Holders of reduced tickets purchased online must present a document confirming their entitlement to a discount before entering the Kolejkowo attraction. Reduced tickets without proof of entitlement do not authorize entry and are invalid.
Reduced tickets are available to students up to 26 years of age, persons with disabilities, and pensioners/retirees holding appropriate documentation.
KOLEJKOWO SA reserves the right to discontinue online sales at any time without stating reasons.
The inability to purchase tickets via the online system does not imply the absence of tickets at the Kolejkowo ticket office.
KOLEJKOWO SA is not liable for the consequences of providing false or incorrect data in the order form.

§2 Complaints, Returns, and Exchanges

If entry to the Kolejkowo attraction is impossible for reasons attributable to KOLEJKOWO SA, the Company will accept ticket returns and refund the amount paid.
Returns may be made at the attraction’s ticket offices, by sending tickets to: KOLEJKOWO SA, ul. Legnicka 2, 58-506 Jelenia Góra, or by email to biuro@kolejkowo.pl
Refunds are made in cash at the Kolejkowo ticket office, and in other cases via the same payment channel used for purchase.
Unused tickets that have expired are not eligible for return or rebooking.
KOLEJKOWO SA does not allow cancellation of tickets purchased via the online reservation system and informs that such tickets are non-refundable.
All complaints must be submitted within two business days from the time of purchase to biuro@kolejkowo.pl or at the attraction’s ticket office.
Properly submitted complaints will be reviewed no later than within 7 business days from receipt of the notice of irregularity, and in particularly complex cases no later than within 10 business days.
Payment-related complaints should be addressed to the Payment Operator PayU S.A., ul. Marcelińska 90, Poznań, via www.platnosci.pl, by email (pomoc@platnosci.pl) or by phone (+48 61 630 60 05).

§3 Buyer’s Data Protection

The controller of personal data is KOLEJKOWO SA, ul. Legnicka 2, 58-506 Jelenia Góra, NIP: 6112732881.
The Organizer processes the Buyer’s personal data solely to fulfill the order, maintain necessary contact with the Buyer, and perform all actions necessary for the operation of the ticket sales system. Processing is based on and in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Personal data will be processed until consent is withdrawn by the data subject.
Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to deliver the services provided by the Organizer.
All personal data received by KOLEJKOWO SA in connection with ticket sales will be used to perform the ticket sales contract.
Any personal data received by KOLEJKOWO SA will be used for marketing purposes only upon the data subject’s consent.
By registering in the online sales system, the Buyer consents to the storage and processing of their personal data by KOLEJKOWO SA for order fulfillment, necessary contact, and all actions required for operating the ticket sales system.
KOLEJKOWO SA entrusts data processing to third parties solely to provide the service, i.e., entities processing electronic payments. Such processing is carried out exclusively to fulfill orders placed by the Buyer.
KOLEJKOWO SA informs that the Buyer has the right to access and rectify their personal data pursuant to Article 13(2)(b) GDPR. Each Buyer has the right to information about their data collected by the Organizer, as well as the right to rectification, blocking, and deletion of such data. The Buyer may withdraw consent to processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The Buyer has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if they consider that processing violates GDPR.

§4 Final Provisions

Tickets purchased at the ticket office and via the Kolejkowo website may not be copied, altered, or scanned.
KOLEJKOWO SA is not responsible for the functioning of the Internet network through which the Buyer purchases tickets, nor for messages or other data lost on the Internet, individual computer settings and configurations, or settings/outages occurring at Internet access providers.
KOLEJKOWO SA is not responsible for tickets damaged or lost by the Buyer.
